Allergic response cascade, antibody binding in allergic reaction, B cells releasing cytokines in allergic reaction
In the movie, we last left off with B cells spewing cytokines, a signal agent prompting these cells to divide. The cytokines also signal them to change into plasma cells (frame 2, bean-shaped cell), that are capable of making THE signal that will trigger THE cell responsible for the reactions we know as allergy symptoms!

So, we've now had 4 types of cells and 3 signals involved in the process so far. Can anyone name the 5th cell in frame 4 that is going to be triggered by the 4th signal (red, Y-shaped objects) that the plasma cell produced in frame 3?

Also, can anyone see why immunology is such an amazingly complex subject?
